The organization, redrawn

  1. Your people are the glue between your systems.

Every handoff runs through a person: copying, checking, chasing.

  2. We find where AI pays off.

We map how the work really moves and rank what to change first.

  3. AI agents take the busywork.

Agents connect your systems and move the work between them.

  4. Your people do their best work.

They lead, decide and approve what matters.

The same organization in four steps. Today: a leader and four people in Sales, Operations, Finance and Service, each under a pile of busywork, with tangled lines to email, spreadsheets, CRM and websites. One customer request comes in to Sales, goes up to leadership and waits, is passed to Operations and then to Finance, where it waits on pricing. Find: the handoffs are scanned and the three busiest are ranked. Hand off: the tangle is cleared and a row of AI agents takes its place between the people and the systems. Lead: the same request is logged, capacity is checked and a price is drafted by the agents, Finance approves the price, and it is sent.LeadershipSalesOperationsFinanceServicePeopleAI agentsSystemsEmailSpreadsheetsCRMWebsites123Waiting for a decisionWaiting on pricingPricing approvedApproved and sent

Two ways to get there.

One changes how the business runs.

TransformationProcess first

Redesign how the business runs.

We find the processes where AI pays off, redesign them and automate them end to end, so work moves without manual handoffs and people approve what matters.

  • Starts with a paid AI-Native Assessment
  • Scope, timing and fee agreed before any paid work
How transformation works

Most companies need both, and one method delivers them.

The other changes how your leaders and key people work.

EnablementLeaders first

Turn your leaders into AI power users.

Most people use AI like a search box. We start with your leaders and key people and teach them to hand it real work, with an agent connected to their email, files and the websites they use. It does the legwork. They make the calls.

  • Delivered with the Executive Workbench, set up and trained by us
  • Try it yourself first: the self-setup kit is free
How enablement works

Start either way. What your people hand to AI shows which processes to automate next.

TransformationProcess first

AI that knows your business.
And moves it forward.

Your company’s data, systems and operating rules are what make AI valuable. See how a connected workflow turns a routine business event into coordinated action across your systems and departments, with your people keeping the decisions that matter.

  1. Finance and accounting operations

Find discrepancies and resolve them before they compound.

AI reconciles invoices against purchase orders, receipts, vendor contracts and payment history. It investigates the discrepancies, prepares the corrections and tracks approved disputes to resolution.

  2. Cybersecurity and compliance

Turn security questionnaires into a maintained evidence library.

AI draws on your policies, prior audits, security evidence and control owners to prepare supported questionnaire answers. It escalates the gaps and keeps a reusable evidence library current.

Assess. Build.
Embed. Run.

We take AI from a promising idea to a system your business runs on, one step at a time.

  1. Assess

    Find the work worth changing.

We look at how your people and processes work today and rank where AI will pay off, with a baseline to measure against.

Paid AI-Native Assessment. Scope, timing and fee agreed first.

  2. Build

Build it into how you operate.

We redesign the workflow and build it: connections to your systems, agents for the routine steps, and owners and review points for what matters.

  3. Embed

Put it in your people’s hands.

Executive Workbenches, training and playbooks, so your teams direct and review the work.

  4. Run

    Keep it running and improving.

We monitor and fix what we built, measure results against the baseline, and find the next workflow worth building.

People own the work, agents do the routine steps, and your business context keeps both accurate. Build, Embed and Run are each scoped separately, and you can stop at any point.

All questions & answers
What does the AI-Native Assessment produce?

Prioritized opportunities, current-state measures, the systems and information each opportunity needs, owners, and a practical implementation roadmap. The scope we agree sets the exact deliverables.

What does it cost?

The assessment is paid. We agree scope, timing and fee in writing before any paid work begins. An introductory conversation carries no commitment. Build, Embed and Run are scoped separately after the assessment.

Who leads the work?

A senior practitioner leads every engagement and owns the result, from the first conversation through implementation and ongoing support.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Usually. We start with the systems your people already use and work out what can connect directly, what needs a browser, and what needs to change. Specific integrations depend on your environment and the agreed scope.

Is the Executive Workbench free?

The self-setup kit is free. You bring your own paid ChatGPT or Claude plan. Rolling it out across a team, with setup and training, is a paid engagement scoped in writing.

Are the industry workflows real deployments?

No. They are illustrative designs, written to show what a connected workflow draws on, what it does and where a person decides. What we build for you depends on your systems, the information available, your security requirements and the scope we agree. Results are measured against a baseline, never promised up front.
